Taylor-Swift

Taylor Swift, in full Taylor Alison Swift (born December 13 1989 West Reading Pennsylvania U.S.) American pop and country musician and singer whose stories of heartbreak in the early years achieved wide fame in the early 21st century. Swift began to show an interest in music at an early stage and progressed swiftly through roles in the children's theater and her first public appearance in front of a crowd of thousands. Swift was just 11 when she sang The Star-Spangled Banner at a Philadelphia 76ers basketball game. In the following year she wrote her first songs, and also started playing the guitar. Swift created original music that was inspired by country musicians such as Shania Twain (now known as the Chicks) and Dixie Chicks. Her material was a result of her own experience as young and a teenager. Swift left Pennsylvania with her family into Hendersonville, Tennessee after she turned 13 to devote more time to wooing artists from the genre of country music in Nashville.
